Getting help
Help lives inside the app. The Help tab puts a support agent one message away, and escalates to a human when it needs to — so you start in the same place whatever the question.
Ask the support agent#
Open the Help tab and chat with the support agent. It knows the app and can walk you through how things work, what something costs, or why a step behaved the way it did — answered then and there, in plain language.
When it needs a human#
If the agent can't resolve something on its own, it opens a ticket for human review rather than leaving you stuck. Your open tickets and their status show in the Help tab's Tickets panel, so you can follow where each one stands without chasing an email thread.
