Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FNRB mobile application operated by Friends & Robots FZCO ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

FNRB is a chat and social sharing platform enhanced with AI. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Third-Party Integrations

The app may allow you to connect third-party accounts (e.g. Google). When you do so, you authorize us to access the specific data scopes you select. You may revoke this access at any time through the app or through the third-party provider's settings. We use this data solely to provide AI-assisted features within the app.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or compromise the service.
• Do not post or share violent, threatening, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not post or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Do not post or share sexually explicit or otherwise NSFW content.
• Do not use AI features within the platform to generate violent, harmful, sexually explicit, CSAM, or otherwise prohibited content in any form, including text, images, audio, and video.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
